Purchases

  • All credit card orders will be billed as ‘Rimwise Innovation II’.
  • Movies will be available for 48 hours after purchase. After 48 hours, the link will be removed. FemmeFataleFightClub cannot accommodate downloads after 48 hours have passed. Please note orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
  • If less than 48 hours have elapsed since your purchase and you encounter a problem with downloading, or if there is a fault with the video, please contact us at admin@144.208.70.208. Arrangements will be made to reissue the movie. If you purchased via another site or platform, please refer to that site’s policy on this issue.
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • The storage of material once purchased and downloaded. Customers are advised to keep backup copies. Again, FemmeFataleFightClub cannot accommodate downloads 48 hours after purchase.
    • Selecting the movie of their choice. Refunds will NOT be issued because of a mistake in selection, nor will an alternative video be offered as an ‘exchange’ on these grounds.
    • Securing their devices so that minors are not able to access the material. FemmeFataleFightClub will not be held responsible or liable if minors access the material via customers’ devices.
  • Disputes of transactions in the absence a valid ground will result in immediate disqualification from future purchases.
